I wrote this article for Little Dog Big Philly, a website for dog owners living in Philadelphia. I created and designed this website to share dog-related news, events, and businesses in the city. It has been my pet project (get it?) since 2015.

 

For this article, I connected with a student at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and interviewed him about his unique journey, including his time spent on an Animal Planet reality show and his experience as the handler of a cancer-sniffing service dog.

This piece is a bit older than many other works in my portfolio, but a good story is timeless.
